The Cleaning Master- Inkjet Contactless Cleaning Station
To exceed the expectations of our customers and ensure the smooth process of security printing we at IAI developed The Cleaning Master- Inkjet Contactless Cleaning Station for its BookMaster One and CardMaster One systems. Thanks to the contactless cleaning process the surface of the printhead nozzles stays untouched and uncontaminated, effectively removing excess ink and debris. The process is easily accessible through the machine User Interface, ensuring efficiency and quick operation.
Operational and functional benefits of Cleaning Master:
Cleaning Master optimizes process time by allowing operators to focus on other tasks while simultaneously cleaning multiple systems. Depending on requirements, it can clean single or multiple printheads. This leads to a faster return to production without the need to open machine covers or remove inkjet sections.
Due to the fully automated and contactless cleaning process, the risk of damage to the sensitive nozzle heads is reduced. Additionally, the area around the printhead nozzles is not touched during the cleaning process, preventing contamination and ensuring that inks are not transferred between heads.
With Cleaning Master the direct contact between the operator and cleaning fluids is reduced or excess inks minimize the risk of spills and stains. In addition, it reduces the need for Personal Protective Equipment and cleaning materials, saving consumable costs.
