IAI Industrial Systems is the proud manufacturer of the passport personalisation systems of the United Kingdom.
The systems of IAI industrial systems B.V. have been chosen for the personalisation process of the British passports. The project included 10 BookMaster One systems and 18 BookMaster Pro’s . With this development, both the design and security of the British passport have been enhanced.
These systems generate 13 different types of passports for HMPO at different production sites, including documents for British citizens residing overseas. After issuing the machines, IAI industrial systems supported on-site training during the go-live phase and provides system maintenance.
