During the long life-time of our systems, the production environment or your requirements may change considerably. The service solution that was ordered may not fit anymore. IAI can support you with advice and proposals to adapt the service solution to the new situation. Examples of possible solutions can vary from upgrades on our systems, extra training for your staff to improvements in your production environment or even a relocation. Of course, we will support in the implementation of said solutions and we will evaluate if the proposed solution has given the desired effect.
IAI offers the possibility to acquire software upgrades for your security printing systems as well. IAI would develop software upgrades continuously in order to enhance the security of our systems. Normally, an IAI Service Engineer will upload the latest update during a planned Maintenance visit. When the knowledge is on site, you can install the update yourself. In this case, the files are uploaded to a secured FTP-server.
